seaside ( poem )

Arrived thank god
To see the cars
To find a space
Look see if there's bars

Kids in toe
They cant wait
The sun is shining
Lets not be late

Sand on my feet
Breeze in my hair
Pebbles around
Every where

Lets find a space
To lay down our tales
Amongst the shells
Lets not fail

Come on lets go
Day nearly gone
Lets get running
There isn't one

Over there
Quick let us run
Then we can sit
Sit in the sun

An ice cream we need
To cool us down
So off we went
To hunt him down

The ice cream man
There he is
Ice cream and lollies
And they all his

Beam down the sun
Sea breeze on me
Lets have a paddle
Or up to our knees

Maybe the sunshine
Is here for good
Summers here
And so it should.
